James brings a wealth of experience working at hyper-growth startup and scale-up companies, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems across FinTech, social enterprise, and local government. In particular, he supported the Local Council’s digital patient record system, managing user acceptance testing as a project manager. He coordinated testers, created test scripts, and managed the action log to ensure smooth project delivery.
In his role within FinTech and LegalTech, James served as a subject matter expert on the platform, working closely with a diverse range of clients. He catered to law firms, corporations, brands, and clients in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and C2C FinTech startups. His client-facing role required him to understand the unique needs of each industry and provide tailored solutions that maximized platform adoption and success. James developed a deep understanding of how the platform could be leveraged across various sectors, ensuring that each client’s requirements were met with precision and strategic insight.
During the lockdown, James pivoted to web design, supporting small businesses in establishing their online presence at a critical time. He worked closely with clients to create websites that not only resonated with their target audiences but also converted visitors into loyal customers. His work helped businesses transition to the digital landscape, ensuring they could thrive in an increasingly online world.
Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experience across various design disciplines, including front-end development, landing page design, email design, app UI/UX, and currently, designing products for mobile-responsive applications. Having worked on numerous live projects, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to ensure we can create the best possible solutions.
